As part of WA Music Week, WAM is inviting the wider music industry to be part of our official program through WA Music Week Programmed Events Initiative.
We’re seeking to collaborate with small businesses, community groups, regional organisations, small labels and anyone across the sector with a great idea for a music event.
The goal is to create a diverse and inclusive program that reflects the full spectrum of WA’s music community, from niche genres and emerging artists to underrepresented regions and industry innovators. Through this initiative, WAM will provide selected events with funding and promotional support to help bring your idea to life.
WAM will provide a limited number of events seed funding to allow new ideas or concepts to be explored or to assist with marketing to help find new audiences to grow out local scene.
These events will form part of WAM’s WA Music Week Program and included in WAM’s marketing and promotion of the week in 2025. WA Music week will take place between September 12-21. All events proposed must be within this period.
