Nominations for this year’s awards will open during WA Music Week 2026 and close September 29th, 2026. Nominations are open for the public, industry, and artists to nominate each other. WAM will require the individual completing the application to provide all information requested below. To be nominated, all nominees will be contacted by WAM at a later date, and will need to provide us with evidence on their eligibility for the nominated award. 

Please be prepared to provide contact information for the nominee if you can. The individual completing the form must also agree with the Terms and Conditions of the awards which can be found below.
