Powerhouse is the brainchild of Oscar Cvitan of Birdland, who saw a gap in the industry for emerging artists and decided to make a change. Alongside his band Birdland (featuring his fellow triplets Conrad and Francis), Powerhouse invites other early-career bands featuring young artists to apply for an opportunity to perform at East Perth Power Station.
