The Seed

West Australians selected for The Seed

27 Jun

The latest artists and managers who will receive grants from The Seed Fund 2014 have been announced.

Three grants were given to people to record a song with an esteemed Australian producer. WA’s Ben Robinson (managing Crooked Colours) was one of the lucky people to win one of the Management Wages. He will be receiving support of up to $5,000 to supplement his wage, or pay for an assistant during a time of heavy workload and limited commission.

Also West Australians Bex Chilcott (self managing artist as Ruby Boots) and WAM’s own Aarom Wilson (managing Scalphunter and KUČKA) both secured a place at The Seed Fund’s annual Management Workshop to be held in August 2014 in Tawoomba, NSW.
