As the COVID-19 crisis continues to affect the WA and National Music sectors, it is more important than ever our community has access to support. We want to ensure our resources, services and benefits are available to as many people as possible, so WAM membership is currently free.

In 2021, WAM engaged independent consultants Social Ventures Australia (SVA) to conduct a detailed Membership Needs Assessment via stakeholder a range of stakeholders via surveys, focus groups and interviews. The findings of the Needs Assessment have informed the organisation’s current strategic re-fresh, and inspired development of a new membership platform and Digital Hub. With development underway and completion expected in the 2022 calendar year, the Digital Hub will streamline the current membership process, provide key improvements to WAM’s current offerings, and increased networking and promotional opportunities for members across the sector.

As WAM move towards the new Digital Hub and membership platform, you may be encounter issues with the automated renewal of your free membership. If you’ve been unable to renew your membership online or via the automated email, give us a call and we can complete it manually.
