It has been so incredible to see the sheer amount of events cropping up everyday by WA musicians to help raise funds for bushfire relief. Kav Temperley gathers all-star cast for charity single
To further prove the awesome support the WA music community has shown to those affected by the bushfires, Kav Temperley has gathered some huge names to collaborate on a single for charity! The all-star cast includes Kav himself, singer Sarah McLeod, Def Leppard guitarist Vivian Campbell, INXS bassist Garry Beers, the Tea Party’s Jeff Martin and blues harmonica legend Charlie Musselwhite. 2020 WA Country Music Award Finalists announced
Now in its 35th year, the annual West Australian Country Music Awards have announced the list of finalists for 2020! Including 10 categories and judged by some of the country’s best Country Music Industry professionals, the list of finalists is a true testament to our home-grown talent. We’re proud to see some of our wonderful WAM Members in the running including: Elavina Williams, Shae Digney, Helen Townsend, Sally Jane Pottinger, Karin Page, Jasmine Atkins, Mike Goodwin, The Little Lord Street Band, The Eastern Line, Julie Kember and Lincoln MacKinnon! Psychedelic Porn Crumpets added last minute to Laneway Festival
After Fontaines D.C. unfortunately had to pull out, Perth psych-rockers and all-round local legends, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets have been announced to fill the spot for St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival 2020 tour. They’ll be joining the stage with other homegrown heroes Stella Donnelly, Spacey Jane, Kučka and Laneway x Unearthed 2020 winners, Dulcie! Get tickets here.

Bobby Burgess talks about his new album
Bobby Burgess has been at the forefront of the Perth music scene for over a decade, and is now excited to debut his own solo album, Back From The Brink, written in the aftermath of a New York hit-and-run that left him fighting for his life.
