Free WA Music: The State & Federal Funding Perspectives panel

18 May

Given the bad news in the recent budget announcements in funding for the arts, it is a very timely issue for all within the music community. Tura New Music presents a special music funding panel as part of its Totally Huge New Music Festival,  giving the music and broader arts sector the opportunity to be updated and debate current and future trends in funding.

WA Music – the State and Federal Funding Perspectives will see presentations by:
Paul Mason, Director Music, Australian Council
Duncan Ord, Director General, WA Department of Culture and the Art
and a participatory Q&A session facilitated by Robyn Johnston

It happens 5pm Thursday 21 May at the State Library Theatre, then moves to PICA Bar afterwards. Free Entry.
