FREE Entertainment Industry Wellness Forum

16 Nov

AAWE have announced a FREE entertainment industry wellness forum being held at State Theatre Centre of WA on Monday 20 November, 10am-12 noon.

Entertainment Assist’s research has revealed Australian entertainment industry professionals are in “severe distress”. The newly formed Australian Alliance for Wellness in Entertainment (AAWE) invites you and your peers to attend a state forum to help identify existing wellness initiatives, engage in intra and cross sector communication and help prioritise key areas for systemic change, to:

~ Shape the future of mental health and wellness initiatives in Australia
~ Prevent mental illness
~ Get informed and learn more about the issues
~ Network with other people in the industry
~ Help develop a Prevention-First Framework for Mental Health in the Australian Entertainment Industry.

AAWE is an Entertainment Assist cross-sector peer-to-peer initiative, for shared interest in positive mental health and wellbeing behaviours for a sustainable Australian entertainment industry.

Places at the forum are strictly limited. They will “sell-out” quickly because it’s FREE, it’s important and it’s only happening once. Register now!
