In 2014 The Seed Fund turns 10 years old and continues to support emerging musicians, artists and arts workers via three grant categories and two initiatives. These grants are a fantastic opportunity to have your work recognised and supported, and applications for the below grants close Monday 5 May.

Up to $3,500 available via two opportunities, the It’s All About The Song grant is being offered to Australian performing/ recording artists to create high quality singles with producers including Steve Schram, John Castle and Tony Buchen. The Management Workshop is back with up to 25 opportunities available, offered to Australian emerging managers and self- managed artists, allowing them access to leaders in their field. Up to $5000 funding available for mentors to Bush Bands Business; a three- day intensive for Central Desert bush bands. Song Cycles Inbound takes industry professionals into remote Australian Indigenous community festivals to discover the existing Indigenous musicianship and songwriting craft.
