triple j Hottest 100 sees four WA artists featuring, plus more in Hot200

Happy Straya day. Which it has been for four WA acts that featured in the triple j Hottest 100. Whilst Flume predictably took out number 1 spot, the following songs by/involving WA artists were voted into the list, which also featured a record-breaking 66 songs by Australian artists. Here’s hoping more of these will be from WA acts next year! #votewahard

UPDATE: ‘Cause you can never have too much of a good thing, the triple j Hottest 200-101 countdown has also been revealed, which featured 5 WA artists, also making it a second appearance for some of WA’s Hottest 100 placers. They were Drapht, San Cisco, Slumberjack, Elk Road and KUCKA.
