The information gathered from this form will be provided to WAMAward Nominators to remind and inform them of activity occurring between October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018. The form will also help to inform the nominations by gathering data on band members, bookers, producers, managers and more relating to each act and remind the nominators of who is actively working in the industry as a musician or industry representative.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
For an artist to be eligible they must:
- Have been residents of WA during the period 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018
- Have had significant activity during the period of 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018
- Create and/or perform a majority of original works of music or work in relevant industry.
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE: August 20th 2018
