The information gathered from this form will be provided to WAMAward Nominators to remind and inform them, of activity occurring between October 1, 2018 and September 30, 2019. The form will also help to inform the nominations through the gathering of data on band members, bookers, producers, managers and more of each act to remind the nominators of who is actively working in the industry as a musician or industry representative.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
For an artist to be eligible they must:
– Have been residents of WA during the period 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2019
– Have had significant activity during the period of 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2019
– Create and/or perform a majority of original works of music or work in relevant industry.
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE: 11.59pm Sunday August 11th, 2019
