Partner with WAM’s Song Of The Year competition to enhance your brand!

19 Nov

WAM’s Song Of The Year competition is one of Australia’s most prestigious songwriting competitions, recognising and awarding songwriting talent across this big state. Around 16 categories opening in December, attracting entries from a diverse range of songwriters, from school-aged to regional and indigenous entrants, as well as covering all different musical genres. Our broad pool of industry judges come from right across the world, who formulate a list of nominees and determine each eventual category winner.  In April 2016, we will celebrate the finalists and winners of each category at a gala awards event, featuring performances from some of WA’s finest artists.

A key offering in WAM’s suite of annual programs and events, WAM Song Of The Year attracts significant exposure across all media channels, offering your brand a heap of potential opportunities for recognition and promotion to important, active markets. Your brand will be attached to the awards promo throughout the campaign, including receiving presentation rights to a category award, having your logo with click-through of choice placed on the Song Of The Year page of our website, and receiving acknowledgement across the program and on screen as part of the awards ceremony itself. We will also give category sponsors four tickets to the awards event. Yet this is just the beginning of the conversations, as we’re here to make this opportunity maximally benefit your brand, so are always open to new and content-driven ideas that can enhance value for the both of us.

So jump on board and be part of this fantastic night where WAM honours the songwriting talents of WA’s music community. The price tag for branded presentation rights to an award is very affordable – contact WAM’s Development Manager, Georgia Kennedy at [email protected] to discuss how you can be involved in the competition that helps provide a platform for WA artists to reach greater heights – and your brand to do precisely the same!
