FAIRBRIDGE QUEST SONGWRITING WORKSHOPS
Going into its fifth year, Fairbridge Festival have announced the first song-writing workshop. ‘The Craft of Song-writing will take place in Albany next Saturday 21 November at the Vancouver Arts Centre 8:30am-12:30pm with award winning song-writers Andrew Winton and Craig Sinclair. The workshops provide wanna-be entrants with some great hints and tips on honing their songs for entry.

REGIONAL AND REMOTE TOURING FUND
Applications to the new Regional & Remote Touring Fund (RRTF) are now open. This is a call for performing arts organisations or artists with a ‘tour ready’ show and can demonstrate support from a minimum of two regional presenters, venues, or communities in regional WA then apply now.

CASUAL EVENT STAFF FOR ACDC VIP FUNCTIONS
AEPG are looking for casual, reliable and professional event staff to make ACDC‘s upcoming Rock or Bust tour unforgettable! Experience working in events or front of house is a plus. All applicants must be over 18 years old. Shifts at the VIP events may start as early as midday on 27 and 29 November, and will involve distrubiting merchandise gift bags to VIP customers, hosting registration tables and welcoming guests, and setting up etc. Apply with your resume, a little bit about yourself etc.

ACTS INVITED TO APPLY FOR 75 FESTIVAL CELEBRATIONS
Scorcher Fest invites acts to play the 75 Festival Celebrations and also piggy back on to The Rosemount Sunday Christmas Celebrations on Sunday 20th December at The Rosemount 12 noon. This year, some of the early spots in Perth have been taken by Blackjack, Crash Creole, Freebird, Odie, 4 Months In and TungXsten, with a few spots remaining.
