► Perth punksters Dan Cribb and The Isolated release the B-Sides from their debut release ‘As We Drift Apart’ (and pay tribute to Li’l Sebastian) on Friday 14 October at Hen House Live, with support act Hearts Apart.
► Shoe-gaze extraordinaires Dream Rimmy will launch their new single ‘Landslide’ on Saturday 15 October at Mojos Bar, with supporting acts FOAM, The Spunloves, Moistoyster, The Body Boys, Oosterbanger and Lana.
► Raw lyrics swinging hip hopper Kogz’s long-awaited sophomore album ’Trash Talk (Music For Mud Crabs)’ will be officially launched Saturday 15 October at Jimmy’s Den, joined by Sever & Complete, Inveigh Slang and Intrusive Thoughts.
► Indie bandits Em Burrows and The Bearded Rainbow release their debut EP ‘Solitary Sounds’ on Friday 21 October at Mojos Bar, with supporting acts Moon Puppy, Marlinspike, Diger Rockwell, MAJUMBA, Jonny Burrows of Fox Scully and more TBA.
►ARIA and WAM Award crushing hip hop artist Drapht will be on his ‘SEVEN MIRRORS ALBUM TOUR‘ when he plays on Friday 21 October at The Prince Of Wales Hotel and Saturday 22 October at the Capitol, with supporting acts Dylan Joel and Marksman Lloyd.
► Mysteria Maxima Media are throwing a party to celebrate the release of their new counter-culture variety mag on Saturday 22 October at Badlands Bar, featuring Usurper Of Modern Medicine, Tomás Ford, Ohm Rune, King Zog and The Mockery.
► Contemporary Electro French Pop outfit G*REY teams singer-songwriter Geraldine Rey with producer Dan Gullaci, releasing her new single ‘SENTIR‘ on Saturday 22 October at the Bonjour Perth French Festival.
►Neo soul artist Vanessa Hopes will launch her debut album ‘FREE’ on Friday 28 October at The Game Sports Bar, with supporting acts Beni Bjah, Jamahl Ryder, Traditional, Cortext, Phil Bartlett – Bartlett Brothers and Rhys Tito.
► Manic punk rockers and multi WAMAwards nominated act Hideous Sun Demon‘s long-awaited second full length LP ‘Industry Connections‘ is getting released on Friday 28 October at Jack Rabbit Slim’s, with support from Verge Collection, Spaceman and The Kramers.
► Post-emo quartet Spilt Cities, post-hardcore outfit Sail On! Sail On! and indie rockers Odlaw (aka all damn ace acts!) all launch new singles at Jimmy’s Den on Friday 4 November as a part of #WAMFest’s Friday Showcases, with support from Wooly Mammoth.
► WAMAwards-winning pop/rock singer-songwriter Timothy Nelson (The Kill Devil Hills, High Horse) launches his debut solo album ‘Words Like Young’ with a new band and special guests in tow at this year’s Fremantle Festival on Saturday 5 November.
► Folk-punk-ska trouble makers King Of The Travellers launch their new EP ‘Pros and Cons‘ Saturday 12 November at Mojos Bar, with supporting acts Shit Narnia, Salary, Yokohomos, Lincoln MacKinnon & the Wrecking Train and DJ Blake Hayt.
► ARIA and WAMAwards-winning legends Birds Of Tokyo are going on a national tour to release their new heavier, darker sounding album ‘Brace‘, stopping at Metro City on Thursday 17 November with support from Strangers and Pat Chow.
► Local folk pop queen and multi WAMAwards-nominated Lucy Peach is releasing her new EP ‘Bomb‘ at Fly By Night on Friday 25 November, with support from Odette Mercy & Her Soul Atomics and Damian Crosbie (Panda Band).
