Girls Rock! WA Creative Conference

18 Mar

Girls Rock! WA returns this April school holidays with the free-entry, two-day Girls Rock! Creative Conference for young female, trans and non-binary folks. Following cancellation of the January 2022 camp due to COVID-19, the conference is the seventh instalment of WAM’s acclaimed Girls Rock! WA Program designed to inspire and empower young people with music.

The Creative Conference will be taking over SAE Creative Media Institute across Tuesday 12 April – Wednesday April 13, and featured specialty workshops with noteable WA musicians, fun activities, and the positive Girls Rock! Vibes you know and love. Hone your skills in Music Production with WYN, explore the process for developing a concept album with Moana, and have fun with photography with Bridget Turner.

The Creative Conference is free entry, and open to female, trans and non-binary folks aged 12 – 18. Register here to attend.

The Girls Rock! Creative Conference is supported by SAE Creative Media Institute, and through the Department of Local Government, Sports and Cultural Industries Contemporary Music Fund.
