Proudly presented by Richmond Street Records, Jam Sandwich is the latest project coming out of North Metropolitan TAFE.

This massive double-stage event will see the Rosemount Hotel jam-packed with a tasty line-up of 12 local acts, including national headliners The Love Junkies, all playing in support of – headspace – the national youth mental health foundation.

There will be something for everyone with a range of genres from alt rock, punk, pop, garage, grunge, indie, psych and hard-core rock spread across the two rooms at the Rosemount Hotel, with sets from:4. Jam Sandwich_A4Poster-2

ABOUT The Love Junkies: With a scream, a killer riff and a solid bash on the skins, The Love Junkies have launched into Australia’s consciousness. Part punk and part grunge – their mix has hit a nerve as audiences fall for their frenetic live show.

ABOUT headspace: headspace is the national youth mental health foundation which deals with helping young people cope through mental illness and provides services, such as doctors and counselling for those in need. In a day and age where over a quarter of Australian youths, aged 16-24, will suffer from mental health problems, it’s clear that this is an issue that must be addressed. By teaming up with headspace,  Jam Sandwich aims to use the power of music to raise awareness of the serious and prevalence of mental illness affecting our youth. With profits going to the local Osborne Park headspace centre, the money raised will be going right back into the local community.
