Fringe World has unleashed a massive 2017 festival program, which is packed with pleasures. Currently the largest annual event in WA, Fringe World celebrates entertainment and art from WA artists as well as performers from all over the world (for full program, click here). Scattered throughout the 700+ events across over 150 local venues are also some homegrown music gems for all to enjoy.
Local music shows include Tomas Ford‘s Crap Music Rave Party, Sassafras: An Evening in Paris, Sam Perry Live, Funk Club Inc: A Funk Train Experience, Harbour Sundays presented by RTRFM 92.1 and The WA Maritime Museum, Tim Newhouse and Erin Royer: Collective Dialogues, Cathrine Summers: Summers’ Night in Paris, Lee Valentine, WA Youth Jazz Orchestra, Menagerie Choir, Lucy Peach, Nicola Milan & the Stray Cat Club, Madjitil Moorna, 1x1x1 plus many more.
Noodle Palace also returns, Fringe World’s most awarded venue, which will be make the atmospheric Northbridge rooftop setting home to over 80 various performances and 250 shows. The Freo Royale will also come alive offering something portside.
