Applications now open for Australia Council’s International Residencies Program

Are you an artist always on the look out for new professional networks? In need of time and space to hone your craft? Are you excited by the idea of cultural exchange and taking your arts practice to the world?

International residencies provide unique opportunities for artists across all artforms to immerse themselves in new arts communities, broaden their knowledge and contribute to the presence of Australian artists around the world.

The Australia Council for the Arts is currently offering international residency opportunities for Australian artists in the following locations:

HIAP, Helsinki
ACME, London
Nashville, USA
Cite Internationale des Arts, Paris
Keesing Studio (Cite), Paris
BR Whiting Studio, Rome
OMI (Dance/Music), New York
Kluge-Ruhe, Virginia
Kunstlerhaus Bethanien in Berlin
