The house where Perth rock darlings Jebediah wrote their debut album and filmed the video clip for their single ‘Jerks of Attention’ has been listed for sale.

The period home at 29 Proclamation Street, Subiaco was destined for demolition, but the owners have had a change of heart and instead listed the iconic property for sale for $1.195 million.

Jebs frontman Kevin Mitchell took to Twitter under his alter ego, Bob Evans, to announce on the weekend that a “piece of rock and roll history” was for sale.
